The vast majority of tea party types like myself are for responsible reasonable smaller government, not to simply dump the lot. But thanks for pointing out what the Tea Party is not.

Unrelated but in response to comments, I am conservative Christian and I have a degree in IT and Art and I play several instruments and played in alt-rock and punk bands in my younger days. What am I try trying to say you ask? Stop your stereotyping! I think once you get past the anger and lashing out you'll find there is a lot in common among people of all backgrounds.

Liberals de-regulated banks and allowed the mortgage crisis? You can't actually believe that right?

No, liberals REGULATED banks and CAUSED the mortgage crisis. It`s called CRADA. Liberal regulations FORCED banks to make loans to people they knew could not repay them, but liberals also gave the banks an out: just sell the worthless loans to Fanny and Freddy, take the money, and do it again. Then F&F bundled up all the worthless paper and sold it to Wall St. investors as "government-backed mortgage securities."

Then when Wall St. found out about the fraud, they started trying to unload them on unsuspecting private investors, but it all collapsed before they could dump them all.

Bush tried to stop it, but Chris Dodd and Barney Frank, protected F&F and keep the scam going till it collapsed.

Millions of houses went into foreclosure, the housing bubble burst, and the economy collapsed, thanks ENTIRELY to Democrat policies.

"...against you saying they would lose their coverage..."
Why are you "AGAINST" my saying what is true?

'...and have to apply through the marketplace."
WHEN did I say that? Quotes please.

They can apply through ObamaCare OR THE REGULAR methods = but that`s MOOT! They lost their policies, you said they didn`t, I am correct.

You claimed Obama said something he never, ever said. Wrong again!

Nice try at changing the subject, but you`re still "dead wrong" on both counts even if you refuse to admit it.

No it was to balance out the loss they faced giving insurance to the "uninsurable", NOT increase their profits. If anything it is a handout to people who previously couldn't get healthcare.

The fact that people are TAXED if they don`t have health still doesn`t make it any less of a cash handout to insurance companies.

"SO now it's all teachers, professors, scientist, designers and artists follow your political belives and everyone who doesn`t hold no skill or talent? Isn`t that kind of the behavior you love to criticize the other side of?"

There are lots of skills and talents that I associate more with the right. Certainly businessmen, financial people, etc.

I`m a graphic artist. I freelance and contract regularly. I`ve worked with dozens of agencies, I know hundreds of designers. I can`t think of a single one that has ever expressed being a conservative.

I mean come on, it isn`t really a discussion, a majority of people in academia, the sciences, and the arts are liberal. Do you really disagree? I`m not bragging, I`m just stating facts.
