@caper454 Absolutely not. However, a tenure of a decade gaining her no more than 8 an hour is criminal, considering how much this company rakes in annually. Don't start throwing `that`s what you get for being stupid` around. If you want to have an intelligent debate, _be_ intelligent.

When did the unions loose bargaining power. That's the whole point of a union, organized bargaining for pay, benefits, and work conditions. I`m not an expert, honestly, when it comes to unions, but it would seem that if insurance companies are bending the union over the barrel, it`s the fault of a weak union, not the ACA.

Get a real job. Fast food is cheap crap, and sold on the cheap. Good for you "film1201" for creating an account to let us know how well ACA is working for your business. However, as a union employee, myself and a great deal of my bretheren are seeing our benefits cut r/t increased healthcare costs. If you are saving money it is likely because the new markets are driving down costs for those with little bargaining power, however, large employers and unions are seeing costs rise.
