People lighten up or get the eff out. It seems like they all worked together. What an uptight broad. Feel sorry for her boyfriend/husband. She's definitely a dream-killer

"The nurse who took the picture sent a text message of the picture to the "victim" on her way out of the hospital ..." Good point, forgot that part. So yeah, in this case they did seem to be friends.

Runemang: The nurse who took the picture sent a text message of the picture to the "victim" on her way out of the hospital so they were definitely friendly. How else would she have gotten her phone number? I do agree that this is highly inappropriate behavior, regardless of their relationship. A law suit is a bit much though given that they were friends.

Ehhhhhhh ... I'm on the fence on this. While all I heard is "the hospital she used to work at", that doesn`t mean they were all friends or even ever met each other. Even my little dinky ass town`s hospital has enough employees that I`m sure many have never even met. But let`s assume they`re friends ... Sure, friends, joke, etc. But ... anesthesia is one of THE most dangerous aspects of surgery (2nd only to possible post-surgical infections). I don`t want to know that the anesthesiologist takes his job concentration and my life so flippantly that he`d do this, friend/joke or not. I wouldn`t sue, but I`d be drating pissed. Practical jokes don`t belong in the OR ever ever ever.
