Well said, Madduck. If it was "just rock climbing" and so damn easy, you'd be seeing me in that video. The girl has crazy skills and deserves at least a little recognition for it.
How many world records have you broken (by age 11, no less) CynicalGamer?

Go ahead cynicalgamer- just make a will before you try it. I was crap at that age- and still rely on my sister to get me above about thirty foot. My sister- who at 45 has been an instructor for a decade is the best climber in the family as she is small and light- and loves it- was never anywhere like this good. It is like dancing- balance and forethought..

So now we are telling our kids they are special because they can climb rocks? Let that sink in a bit. I'm here all day.

I'm impressed, but honestly curious what will happen to her when her body changes and weight redistributes. Have there been kid phenoms who went on to be great adult climbers, male or female?

Naz14, ditto haha. I used to be like this, especially in martial arts. By 24 I feel like life has kicked the stuffing out of me :(
