Sounds like the law here, at least by my read of the article, can be applied kind of loosely. Maybe opens the door for abuse.
Maybe it`s the kind of law that deserves some "tightening up" with regard to what constitutes and what, perhaps more importantly, does not constitute "Hold Your Ground".
