Ummm.... No. Not wrongful termination if she was taking pics/posting pics/porn-surfing when she was supposed to be working. Also, the in-uniform (or partially in-uniform) photos are a problem. People are welcome to their private kinky sides, but when they cease to be private, bring the workplace into it, and interfere with the work they're being paid to do, then termination is quite justified IMO.
