its a lens flare.. can be provin very easily.. if you put saaaay your finger over said secound sun. the spot will appear infront of your finger...

A sun dog is not a lense flare, it's a giant glowing ring around the sun. You can only see them on extremely cold days. They`re created by light refracting off of ice crystals in the atmosphere. Look it up.

Not lens flare. The guy moves the camera around to prove it right at the beginning. The light bobbing about is lens flare, this light doesn't budge. I`m guessing Mercury but not sure it would look quite so big.
