The electric traffic light is inaccurate. The first electric traffic lights were installed in Cleveland, Ohio in 1914.

A bit inaccurate, there. The (steam-driven) vehicle was built in 1769, but the alleged accident was in 1771. Whether the accident actually happened is apprently disputed, though. As for the first traffic death, they've managed to mix up the digits, it`s meant to be 1869.

What wind is the VW Up! named after?
Or perhaps they're starting to name them after cartoons - having run out of wind.
