well that was heart breaking, especially the message to his sister at the end. Well I'm gonna have a thankful week, then forget about the whole thing and go onto live an ungrateful, selfish, and self-indulgent life.

As sad as the situation there is, I have to agree with richanddead. I sincerely doubt that any significant amount, if any at all, of food aid we would send would make it to the tables of the needy in North Korea. I'm certain that, instead, it would not only feed the military but would also leave more money available for further military build-up.
