I like how Lea Michele represents the outcast, just like in Glee, where she is socially awkward and unattractive. I feel such a kindred spirit with her, as I, too, was a band-geek and had difficulty being comfortable with members of the opposite sex, and was therefore, turned down constantly when I asked someone to go on a date. I recall the times in band class where we actually played the same song over and over, because we were rehearsing and we actually had a bit of academic study of music, just like they do in Glee. And outside of class, school was a nightmare, and all I wanted to do was leave and the last thing I wanted to do was actually hang out AT SCHOOL, and my school didn't even have a cool coffee shop, and this is so well reflected in Glee, the show about the outcasts and the unpopular.

NNoamfer, I think they want to LOOK like sluts but they get pissed off if anyone talks like they ARE sluts! Just like when they push their boobs in your face but get upset if you acually look at them.
