5Cats, in the Russian language they don't HAVE words like `the`... that`s why they speak like that. For example, the only two phrases I know in Russian (`Sto eto?` and `Sto Kleutch?` I`m spelling them incorrectly but that`s what they sound like) would be translated into English as `What is this?` and `What is this key?` but LITERALLY it`s just `What this?` and `What key?`. If you`ll notice, the guy tries to speak English properly as much as possible and doesn`t do too badly.

"dashcams" sounds like "death camps". LOL
I have fully comprehensive insurance on my high performance car for US$400 per year. I also have a dashcam as I want to avoid prosecution for other people's mistakes. A decent high def camera with DVR but no GPS is about $25 here.

"Here the explanation"
@piperfawn: WTF? Can you not speak "broken English"?
The PROPER phrase is: "Here it are the explanation..." OR: "Here is it are the..."
FFS! What are you, Italian???!?
(NOTE: I'm Joking! JOKING! Not serious at all! I  @piperfawn! The joke of "here it are" is a "@5Cats Thing" which requires NO further explanation, ok?) (ffs, I have to explain my jokes on IAB... )
Here it are = LOLZ!!!!
"Let me to explain..." See? He (the guy in the video) knows how to talk!
