davymid-That's the equivalent of going to a restaurant and ordering a coffee, only to be met with the response, "Sure! What kind of coffee would you like? Coffee, iced coffee, tea, iced tea, hot chocolate or a milkshake?"

Any questions?

That map carries across the boarder as well. I'm not far from Toronto and we call them "crayfish".

in Texas we use "Fixin' to" as a verb. e.g. "i`m fixin` to go to the store. wanna go?" its ingrained in us as kids; texas-native professors at colleges use it too.

Haha!!! My husband is originally from Texas and I always give him a hard time with how he says certain words. LOL! He is a good sport for putting up with me though:)

@richanddead It's `coke`, and can refer to any type of soft drink.

No. No it`s not. I`m sorry, that`s deeply retarded.

That`s the equivalent of going to a restaurant and ordering a coffee, only to be met with the response, "Sure! What kind of coffee would you like? Coffee, iced coffee, tea, iced tea, hot chocolate or a milkshake?" For f*ck sake.
