yes, considering pokemon has generated about 50 billion dollars in sales of everything but the kitchen sink and pantyhose as well as making an entire continent of nine year olds become obsessed over such a fad, such as moi when i was that age, id say that pokemon was significantly more influential than the sims.

im glad myst is up there, although i think it should be even higher. not too high, consdering it has to contend with all the old school revolutionary games. but meh...glad halo is up there too...id love it to be higher but it wasnt too influential compared with some of the other ones...even if it is my second favorite game of all time, ocarina of time being the first
