That doesn't look like the Matrix at all. Instead of the effect of the camera moving around an object slowed down in time, it gives the effect that the camera is stationary and the object/hand is just spinning in slo-mo. The exact opposite.

@Ston
your right the green screen is key in that you can project a proper background to remain aligned with the object. that white background was counter-productive to the effect he was trying to achieve.
