@SmagBoy1, I agree, I lived in germany when I was a toddler, mom said I leaned against the window while sitting on the window seat in our new apartment, and fell out.. From the second story.. Fun times.

In other countries and cultures, a lot of times adults let their kids learn things on their own. Don't know how many times in Germany I saw 5 year olds on the city train systems on the way to school. Perfectly normal. So, this little one learned a lesson maybe. And she didn`t seem much worse for the wear, either.
Of course, they also have castles and ridges with no guard rails over there, too. They have signs warning you of the steep edge. If you`re stupid and fall off to your death, too bad. So, different approach to things there.
