@OldOllie: Interesting position you have there. But it raises the following question: If the Nazis were actually Socialists, why did Hitler rant against the Socialists and the Bolsheviks on practically every page of *Mein Kampf*? Why do two pit bulls fight each other?

@S4S I know what your liberal f***tard teachers taught you about Hitler being a right-winger. You don't have to parrot it back to me; I heard the same bull$#!+ myself. It`s a lie -- a big, fat Democrat lie. It was nothing more than a childish retort by liberals when their policies of collectivism, wealth redistribution, and central planning were correctly described as socialism.
The fact is, prior to WWII, all the American progressives (the forerunners of liberals before the progressive label fell into disgrace) thought European fascists were showing the way to a brave new world. Now they slander conservatives with the fascist label in order to hide their shame for embracing fascism themselves.
Disguising fascism as socialism is pretty easy considering they`re the same goddamned thing! And I`ll bet your teachers never taught you that.

@OldOllie: "Yes, Hitler was a LEFTIST."
>.< Wow, do I ever wish you'd stay on the subject of physics, something you know a lot about, and not venture into political philosophy, where you`re ... uhhh... on less solid ground.
Quick tip: In the early years of his rise to power, Hitler disguised his fascist beliefs as socialism in order to gain popular support from the economically-stressed German working class. The Nazis were about as "Socialist" as the Democratic People`s Republic of Korea (AKA, North Korea) is Democratic.
