Its the secrecy, from the "most transparent Administration ever!" that annoys. Oh it's not "unnecessary" at all! But if there`s a simple and logical explanation, why not just give it? Why run around telling lies (Kerry) while trying to shout down all questions (Napolitano)...?

If he's a suspect or a witness, you would think they`d want to keep him around. If he`s innocent, what`s the big rush to deport him? It takes months to years to deport an illegal Mexican.
Oh, he has al Qaeda ties? Well, in that case, buy him a 1st-class ticket back to the war zone.
