NNoamfer, my comment was personal accountability for cheating. That it's the individual not the school`s fault. Other wise, I could steal from my boss and blame the public education system. This is about holding people accountable for their choices. People failing would be the education systems fault, if they all fail, but cheating is a personal choice that reflects the individuals morals.

And cheating is not limited to students. Atlanta School System had their cheating scandal where the teachers were improving the test scores of their students.

I usually don't care much about Neil deGrasse Tyson, but I wholeheartedly agree with him in many thoughts, this being one of them.
