This is actually horrible. These people have to live in fear, worried that their lives may be in danger. It's also an invasion of privacy, and if someone goes after these "predators", is this sign worth another person going to prison for assault or murder?

@Paco: Here's some additional info regarding my last post to help you confirm what I`ve stated.
FS 775.21 includes FS 825.1025 in its very long list of offenses for which, if convicted, a person is defined as a "sexual predator."
FS 825.1025(4)a3 states that a person has committed a felony if he or she "intentionally commits any lewd or lascivious act that does not involve actual physical or sexual contact with the elderly person, including but not limited to the simulation of any act involving sexual activity."
