So my guess was earlier at some point he got screwed somehow by letting something slide and he wasn't going to let it happen again. I didn`t know I couldn`t change tires there and there was no sign or anything. He was just pissed for some reason. That`s what I meant by cops bringing a fresh head to each situation in the earlier comment. The cop in this video might knock the beer out of the next "spectator`s" hand because he`s still pissed at this guy. I hope that gives more context to my post.

djwajda: I know there are more good cops than bad, but I think some carry over anger from previous encounters. One time i got a flat tire on a highway and pulled to the shoulder to change the tire. Just as I was getting ready to put the last bolt on, a cop drove up. He asked what I was doing and said I wasn't allowed to change tires there. He asked for my license/registration/insurance and i gave it to him and asked why I can`t change tires there. He said it was for emergency vehicles only and ordered me to take the spare back off and put the flat back and drive to next exit (about half mile). I was like "what?!!" and he repeated it. I told him I only had 1 bolt left and I could be on my way in 5 minutes, but he was getting angry and ordered me again. So I went and put the flat back on while he sat in his car running my license and whatever else they do. Then as I jacked the car back down with the flat back on, he handed my papers and said have a nice day.

How is throwing a beer on a cops head and then punching him in the face "self defense"???? You have got to be kidding me! How can people watch a video where the drunk guy was CLEARLY wrong and then try and blame the cop. Idiot.
