Why does it matter that it's -15 *in Japan*? So, -15 *in Canada* is different? You`d think they`ve have some spare radiation to warm that up nice and quick...
That's right. I forgot they changed the way they calculated the windchill. Crazy temps, either way though. When I was on the road, I spent a lot of time in Norther Ontario and a bit of time in Northern Saskatchewan. I did see -40C more then a few times and at one outdoor Winter Festival, held on a frozen lake, the temps were -45 with the windchill calculated to be -75.
