This is the for real Thinsperation. Not those freaky anos. And yes, you can lose a ton load of fat and not have hangy skin that needs to be removed. I got really fat and lost fifty pounds and nothing hangs loose. Now, if you are one of those amazing people who go from 900 pounds to 200 pounds, yeah, I guess you might need skin removal surgery.

SarahofBorg, I think it possible to get rid of the flab skin on ones own but a person would need to be in the gym driving every muscle every day of the week for a year or two min. Gym trainer types on IAB would know, there must be a few?

SarahofBorg, good you brought it up. Rapid weight loss is found with hard bellys of steel but more often than not the EXTRA weight of useless saggy skin to go with it. It needs to be surgically removed. Pending money spent, could be massive scars or if done cosmetically at greater cost almost unnoticeable. That is a fact I learned well through a friend of mine!

I just find it so hard to believe they can look that good afterwards. I went from 200 to 135 and I had all kinds of saggy loose skin everywhere. Maybe after like 5 years of keeping that weight it would have gone away, but I don't know since I`ve gained a lot back. Still, it was discouraging as hell.
