Yeah, F--k him, I like alcohol, but if he's going to annoy the crap out of sober, well- behaved passengers who can`t get off the plane to avoid him, then so be it. I think this method should also apply to crying babies and boring, over-sharing strangers.

I wanna se video of him acting up. I mean, however he was behaving it musta been pretty extreme for the crew to resort to this to control him. I almost feel sorry for him... but not quite!

I would so get in his face and mock him the whole flight. But on a serious note, is that even legal?
1. You would be restrained as well.
2. yes, it is legal under several International conventions. The pilot can use whatever methods he/she deems appropriate to restrain an out of control passenger. The downside is, under the montreal convention, nobody may cause injury to the passenger unless he is endangering the lives of others.
