Gerry-Last I checked, when they are doing that, it's likely that they don`t have a vehicle outfitted for them and their power chair. Plus, when they are on the street, they are considered a pedestrian and pedestrians have the right of way at all times, not just at crosswalks. And this part, is not a dig at you personally, but I drive a semi and people in California are crazy. It`s so damned important to get in front of me that it`s ridiculous. People need to realize that every damn thing you own, including your car, at some point was on a truck. So slow down, don`t cause an accident. I`m sure that wherever people are going, it`s going to be there when they get there. As far as the power chairs, they aren`t praying for someone to hit them. They have enough problems as it is.

San Diego, CA actually. I hate those scooters that fat people have. Driving down the streets like they're in a goddamn car! Just daring you to hit them so they can sue.
