@SarahofBorg, maybe just not built straight, the sections are quite short, it's not carrying lots of weight so less of an issue than if it were steel - the `connectors` (rope) aren`t as rigid as with steel either so can take more twisting without failing.

Doesn't it have a higher tensile strength than steel? I heard it`s quite durable.
Not only that, but it is much lighter than steel, so it will not collapse under it`s own weight like a steel scaffolding would if there were a problem.
