I got as far as the one room where my gf is lying there strapped down. I do not know what to do from there and there is only 1 door I could not get open and that is the bottom door after burning the fire shooter guy...any help is good - thanks.

After You get outta the chains you hold down and press space at the torches and the pictures,and on the bottom floor after the chains, if you keep on walking you'll go to another screen.
