So let me get this straight. First were "the good old days." Then rich people suddenly got greedy but lost control of their money and landing on houses that caused the housing bubble and led to the recession. Weird, I thought it was the democrats slogan "everybody deserves a home."

@klaxor: That IS a VERY good explaination! An excellent video that more people whould be aware of, even if it's from 2009, it still applies! Little or nothing has changed, eh?
You should offer it as a suggestion! I did a quick check and it doesn`t seem to be on IAB yet. There`s a LOT of IABers who have NO CLUE about what the "housing bubble" is or who/what caused it.
