Looks like migrant hawker, aeshnea affinis to me.
380 million years ago, wingless insects, apterogytes evolved. 80 million years later insects evolved wings and a more complex two stage development, the basic plan for that wing first appears in fossils from the lower cretaceous ~ about 140 million years ago.
Fossil aeshnea have been around since at least 5-8 Million years ago (Aeshna andancensi @ Saint-Bauzile, Privas).
A long, long, time after that the species shown and the very similar species aeshna affinis split from a common ancestor.
