...no more medical testing on animals makes sense. @spanerbulb: Ending medical research 'makes sense`? Ending the developement of new products `makes sense`?
Perhaps you advocate testing ON HUMANS? Jews for example, after all, the Nazis did that & discovered how to treat hypothermia! (not a joke, they really did test, and did find the safest treatment - which we use today)

Veganism, oh god, have fun when you have watermelon stomach, dementia, and tremors at age 50 because you don't have any Vitamin B12 or other essential enzymes and proteins that build your gut, brain, and nervous system.
And I`ll vote to stop animal testing when bacteria and viruses stop human testing.

Only if you`re ok with using untested medicines or maybe meds tested on humans in the preliminary stages. Probably in China or Uzbekistan. Or the US prison gulag. Wherever it`s cheapest and the subjects have no more choice than a lab rat.
PETA are dishonest, ego-tripping, spoiled self-regarding brats. On the other hand, some of them are quite hot, so there`s that.
I`m all for coming down hard on the excesses of the meat industry. I know where my meat comes from and I`m fine with the ethics by which it was derived.
I strongly oppose sport and trophy hunting, but sustainable hunting for food by people who know what they are doing is fine and if there is a spare haunch of venison going I`ll be happy to have it.
I even agree that fur is immoral, given how it is sourced, but PETA? No.
