He got shot while beating the crap out of a someone. (a jury will decide who was at fault). As I don`t make it a habit to beat the crap out of people who might be armed, I don`t really worry about it. In fact, I go out of my way not to piss off possibly armed or possibly maniacle people. I also don`t make it a habit to wear a `White pride` shirt to a Black Panther gathering, nor do I wear a `It`s a Black Thing` around a bunch of rednecks. (knew a guy who had that bumper sticker on his car..it was a black VW thing). It`s called `not doing anything stupid`. Stupid can get you killed.
