The Poor African Kids Are Using Guilt Now [Pic]. Well, I`m still gonna throw it away, but now I might give the process more than a few seconds of thought.

Ireland just ran an inquiry into how 4 million went missing from aid, into the very well lined pockets of Ugandan ministers.
What was not mentioned is that they received 60 million in legitimate aid previously, and spent much, much more on naval strike planes 'for defence`.

Uganda is landlocked...

Their governments keep them poor.
US cash aid to many of those countries went to buy arms.
So we gave them rice instead. They sold it to buy arms.
So the UN sent trucks to give the food directly to the hungry people.
As soon as the UN trucks moved out the army & guerrilas moved in and took the food to sell for arms.

I have no solution, but I don't feel bad for not throwing cash at a problem that seems endless.
