In case people are interested: titin is a protein found in muscle. Every protein is made up of a string of amino acids, and so since titin is the longest known functional protein, and the technical name for any protein is a string of the amino acids in order: you have the longest word. (I know you could look it up if you were really interested, but just thought I'd throw it out there.) SCIENCE!
