I've come to the conclusion [in my opinion] that "We" are just the thoughts and emotions found in the neurons of prefrontal cortex and hippocampus.

Just for clarification, if I (assuming it were possible) were to extract a hippocampus of one person and transfer it to another person who had a destroyed hippocampus, would that make that person 2 people then?

"Sarah Palin (and a number of other Fox News darlings) has not only survived but reproduced despite her lack of any apparent brain function."

Neurobiology is so much fun. Making a headless frog kick its legs so hard that it actually leaped forward, freaking out the girls in the group shriek was hilarious.

Also, his philosophical question of what is "I" was a great discussion, in both Neurobiology and Psychology. I've come to the conclusion [in my opinion] that "We" are just the thoughts and emotions found in the neurons of prefrontal cortex and hippocampus.
