I've always wanted to lucid dream, I`ve been trying on and off but have yet to succeed.
Though, I have noticed that if I wake up, to hit the snooze button, or to pee, that I remember the dream I have after falling asleep.
I always hit the snooze button at least once so that I can remember the dream.

I've had sleep paralysis a number of times, the dark figure or a "presence" in the room... very scary stuff. One time, I felt as if I was levitating, my mind screamming "wake up, wake up, wake up". I can see how people could mistake this for alien abduction.

I`ve had lucid dreams. At least, I`ve realised that I`m dreaming. I try to read something and the words turn to nonsense. Or, for me, I try to change the lighting, turn on a lamp, flip a light switch. It never works. That`s how I know I`m dreaming. I just have no idea how to take control of the dream. It`s always very mundane. Then I wake.

I guess that if I were to have lucid dreams, I'd be lucid at least sometimes...

I have lucid dreams all the time, just last night i got a blowie from reece witherspoon. Not sure why her, probably due to watching american psycho last week. i used to get sleep paralysis fairly regularly when i was a teen, bloody scary especially that instant you 'wake` and discover you cant move, seeing shadowy figures is like the evil cherry on top.

I get sleep paralysis all the time. I wake up angry and don't much like the dark figure.
I want to destroy the dark figure.
