My, this looks like such an official lunchroom sign! The whole thing smacks of "FAKE" to me. The reason, imho, this could be called racist is that all but "African American" are actual ethnicities with actual culinary traditions (though not at all accurately reflected in this sign). The menu items offered for Friday are not any culture's culinary tradition but simply culinary stereotyping. I`m surprised so few of you recognize the difference.
