I`ve been toking for over 20 years (tho not very frequently these days), and the most regretable thing I`ve done under the influence is go shopping for groceries and buy way too much junk food. And your Cartel point is also utterly void. The only reason the market is in the control of drug gangs is because it`s illegal. If you legalised it, you`d take it out of the hands of criminals, place the market under proper legal controls, and redirect the profits to crop farmers and tax-paying businesses. Personally, I couldn`t really care less whether weed is legalised, but I get really fed up with the fact that all the arguments against it are total BS. The only reason it`s still illegal is because governments & the media have twisted the issue with lies for so long, and don`t want to admit it.

Or maybe you enjoy supporting drug cartels. Because, you know, 50,000 dead Mexican Citizens got to pay the price for your Goddamn High.
