Well then people can choose to go into a cooperative business. You can't force people to do so, and you can`t force the modern corporate structure to be dismantled either.

I think, honestly, the cooperative business structure where the employees own the entire company and share the profit equally is a great model. No, that is communist, as the government does not have a hand in the running of the company. There are several cooperative factories all over the western world, and they have the highest rate of employee satisfaction... Of course, $10,000 a week ain't bad, plus profit motivation makes for a superior product and output. Those people have pride in their work.
