Since you claim to want to leave the conversation but keep posting... I'd still really like to know what makes you think a CEO`s few million dollars in pay adversely effects a company with 150 billion in revenue.
Please, no cop outs. change my opinion, I like to be proven wrong. Its okay, it wont hurt my brain.

Mark -- so you mean the way you use it is by definition. I think I understand your motives, which is all I was asking.
However, most political minded people tend to think of partisanship as a constructive thing. middle-ground ideology and pleasing everyone is not always beneficial.
That is all I was suggesting -- hence the lecture I linked.
Wiki: "...In multi-party systems, the term is widely understood to carry a negative connotation - referring to those who wholly support their party's policies and are perhaps even reluctant to acknowledge correctness on the part of their political opponents in almost any situation."
Merriam-Webster: "1: a firm adherent to a party, faction, cause, or person; especially : one exhibiting blind, prejudiced, and unreasoning allegiance"
Please tell me that you are messing with me. That seriously took less than a minute.
