Actually, the debt didn't explode till the Democrats took over congress in 2007. The last budget passed by a Republican congress had a deficit of $248.2 billion, or about 1/6 that of Obama`s deficits. Yes, Bush was a complete wimp. All he wanted to do was "get along." When the Democrat congress under Pelosi and Reid started exploding the deficit, he should have vetoed their damned budget and told them to shove it up their asses, but he didn`t, and now everything has turned to $#!+.

But the number is basically the same as what crakr posted. I was posting for Bush's number, not Obama`s. My point was that it isn`t like Obama added all those recipients himself, a whole lot were there when he came in.

I feel like you look at a statistic and determine how it supports your case. Did you read this was posted in January. And it compares the 8 years of Bush to the 3 yrs Obama had at the time. It even states that the January information COULD put Obama over. CrakrJak isn`t right in everything (about 50%), but you really need to evaluate your own comments before pointing out "How incredibly wrong" someone is. First rule of statistics is that you can make them say anything you want.

"Congress shall make no law establishing religion or abridging the free expression thereof...". Here is what it actually says. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech" You changed the wording to try and give your argument that churches have protection of speech when it comes to politics some foundation where there is none. Liars have a hard time keeping track of their lies. Now that I have proven your dishonesty I expect my apology from you forthwith. here
