You didn't even bother to watch the very informative video, and thus, you`re seeing a causation where there is only a coincidental correlation. Look at the poverty rates for those areas and you`ll see an actual causation -- the poorer the area, the more environmental damage. And poverty will not be solved by reducing the numebr of people, poverty will be solved by increasing the amount of free market capitalism in those areas.
