Also, MILLIONS of Muslims? What did these millions do? Protest? That's fine, so what? They should have freedom of speech and assembly too. Kill the ambassador? Not acceptable, but that wasn`t millions, was it? That was a handful. Attack embassies? Again, not acceptable, but again, not millions. If millions were attacking embassies there would be a lot more deaths than the few hundred total across all countries.
This is exactly what I mean - the actions of a few being ascribed to millions. OK for Muslim terrorists, not OK for the WBC.

Y'all have NO problem equating WBC with "all Christians" BUT when millions of Muslims do something? Y`all chant: They don`t represent ALL Muslims!
Not the case. I`m not saying WBC represent all Christians, I`m saying there are plenty of psychos on the fringes of your religion, just as there are plenty of psychos on the fringes of Islam (or indeed any religion).
It`s a direct response to when Christians describe Islam as a violent, hateful religion because of the actions of terrorists. If we did the same looking at WBC, you (rightly) point out that they don`t represent every Christian. But some of you seem incapable of applying the same logic to Islam.
I`m not defending Islam, I`m treating both religions the same, applying exactly the same logic and arguments to each.

their behavior is antithetical to being a Christian So is the behaviour of plenty of Christians. Ted Haggard f*cked a male prostitute repeatedly, but now he's back preaching. Is he not a Christian because of that? I thought everyone `sinned`. How much do you have to do it before you`re no longer Christian?
Jesus never said, "Condemn your enemies"
Then why does any Christian speak out about topics like gay marriage and condemn it as sinful?
Also, the WBC would probably respond with lines like: Matthew 10:34 - "I came not to send peace, but a sword" Luke 22:36 - "he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one" Matthew 28:19 - "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them ..."
Lev 19:17 - "thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him" (although they obviously ignore the first part of this verse)

The dictators being atheist has nothing to do with their policies and genocides. They just happen to be atheist. THIS? From a guy who just accused others of the "No True Scotsman" fallacy? Really @kummi90 really?
@almightybob and @davymid: What "we" are saying is: Y'all have NO problem equating WBC with "all Christians" BUT when millions of Muslims do something? Y`all chant: They don`t represent ALL Muslims! K? I`ve used "extreme" examples to illustrate what "you" (the IAB Atheist crew) are consistantly doing.
