How much do you want to bet that this person lives in Flint, MI?

Advice: Don't bet because I`ve seen this guy in Flint, MI.

And to expand on what I just wrote, it's only moving violations where you get pulled over and identified. Traffic cameras, toll cameras, etc, will result in a ticket to the person the vehicle is registered to.

"@darkmagic14n: Moving violations are written to the owner. Non moving aren't. For example, handicapped parking, expired meter, etc."

You got it backwards. Moving violations are written to the person operating the vehicle. Parking violations are written to who the car is registered to.

The best way to get away with crime is to use a stolen car. Duh.
