MacGuffin, You are not seriously insinuating that police brutality is uniquely American are you? You judge the world from a demographic bubble. Scotland's population and population density has changed very little over the past century. Less than a million since 1901. Also, almost zero ethnic diversity. There are serious problems with many facets of America, but I doubt you have the knowledge or experience to comment intellectually.

This cop was in the right.. The dude was being picked up for beating up a chick the night before.. watch the beginning the guy starts coughing-- notice HE IS NOT being tazed or sprayed, he is choking up bags right up [approx 00:52]. The officer says to put his hands behind his back, he doesnt he continues to try and choked back another baggies. which is why he gets kicks to stop him from ingesting evidence. when they cuff him, hes still resisting so yes they have to restrain him against the hood until he is willing to comply. He resists from the very moment he is stopped by the cop, if you are innocent why RESIST?!
