The wins go to no one since every second place finisher for ALL seven of the races were blood doping as well. Cycling has a huge credibility problem and Lance is just the fall guy.

Those in "the know" always knew Armstrong doped and drugged. In the cycling community, we all knew. The only people who defend him are people with something to lose, or people who just know him for his cancer related work. Welcome to Oz. The curtain is gone! Trust me, there are thousands of people today smiling to themselves and sighing "finally"! We all knew. Know the world does, too.

If Lance were innocent he would fight the charges.
He did, for years. The USADA has more money than he has, so they could afford to keep doing it forever and he couldn't. Besides, they`d already made it very clear that they wouldn`t accept any evidence of innocence, so it was a fight he couldn`t win at any cost.
Pretty certain they have indisputable proof he`s afraid to face.
