Even if he's convicted of rape, there`s still a slight chance that the jury is wrong. So you`re willing to put someone to death for a possible wrong conviction? Ah, you see, LillianDulci? We CAN agree on something. I too oppose the death penalty, not because there aren`t criminals who deserve it, but because I don`t believe the government is competent to be trusted with that much power over individuals. On the other hand, if a woman kills her rapist, as I described below, I would trust that she knows exactly what she`s doing.

Granted, I don`t normally go past the first three pages of search results (primarily because I keep the parameters specific enough that the first few results usually work just fine, and, to go past that is usually digging way too deep for my needs). Anyway, I find nothing to support what you`re saying, even after doing several searches. That said, if what you`re claiming about her story is correct, you have made several good points. And what you claim would invalidate her claims, obviously. Please share the articles you found so that we can judge them for ourselves.

The VAST majority of sex that creates a child is not rape. You should wake up and see reality. Oddly, this is the only time I've ever seen her claim that she was the victim of a violent rape. It`s certainly not the way she claimed it happened previously. The biological father of this child, (or the alleged rapist if you will,) was a church pastor. In her court filings, she claimed the sex occurred because he convinced her that it was God`s will. She was an intern at the church that was run by the father of the man she was sleeping with. She never claimed that she was an unwilling participant in it until now. But your statement that the vast majority of rape is unreported is loaded. That`s the same excuse Pennsylvania used to pass voter-ID. There is no way of knowing how much "unreported" rape actually occured.
