If it were a man, noone would have a problem. Some females nowadays think they can say or do anything they want until they find out they really can't. Don`t want to be treated like a dumbass, don`t act like one. No sympathy for her. He shouldn`t have been fired.

she got what she deserved. she was drunk and not following orders. when a cop tells you to remain in your car and you dont its a sign of defiance and possibly positioning for aggression. it is for the cops safety that you remain in the car until asked to step out.
was he a little over the top? yes. but fired? no, should be a suspension at most.

After seeing the raw dash cam, I'm going with they both did wrong. He was too aggressive with her, and she was being a dumb bitch. HOWEVER... he has a badge and should know better. IMO he was correctly fired, but I don`t think the battery should or will stick.
