There are different kinds: Statutory rape, which may not be forcible, date rape, spousal rape, gang rape and the old Prostitute-paid-with-conterfeit-money and realizes `I was raped` when she tries to put it in the bank.

Rape, in any form, should be punishable by death.

Paid for by taxes of the people and businesses. Don`t look now, but the government`s not doing too good of a job with the whole education thing.

Graduates from Public Schools have no idea how to make change. Any employer who hires a graduate from a public high school has to train the kid to do the most basic things.

If you were to depend on just taxes on passenger vehicles, every interstate highway would be a clay road.
