Why did the video point out a ceral for breakfast. Why not something healthier like bacon, eggs, whole milk. And it pointed out low fat dairy which is worse for you than full fat. Then again, people will probably think I'm crazy that I lost weight without starving, changing my exercise, or any other "normal" way. Just greatly reduce the carbs (5% of my diet), greatly increase the fat and you eat less calories and stay fuller longer.

@Palfas You might be right, but that would just jack up your bloodsugarlevel wouldn't it? making you more tempted to eat a pooty lunch.
I think it`s more important to focus on keeping the body filled with nutrients than just focusing on losing weight.
Actually eating bacon and egg with orangejuice for breakfast, apple and nuts as snack and a salad with dressing for lunch is freaking good for you. yes with the dressing. your body needs at least some sort of fatsource to be able to take use of all the nutrients in the saladmix.
And yea, guys, move your body at least once per day. theres no way around it. easy as that, it`s just something you have to do. take a walk, pick up something heavy, wave your fist at the paperboy, anything is better than nothing
