So for dinner last night, I had a bowl of cherries, some mixed veggies, and a mix of sunflower, pumpkin, and hemp seeds. Sure, I indulge SOMETIMES on fast food, but I do not live off of it. Most days, 1 meal is all I eat, unless I smoke some weed then all bets are off. Eat CORRECTLY, no weight problem. Moderation in bad foods is the key. No need to abstain, just don't go overboard. Blood pressure and cholesterol is perfect.

Thanks, now I want a sub.. but not a silly franchise sub- a REAL sub. The kind you only find in Jersey or Philly or the ones you make in your own kitchen. Mmmm... Wait- Chicago has turned up some very interesting subs for me, too. I'm not discounting the sandwiches I`ve had in various European countries- they were amazing- but they were a "different animal" altogether. I`m talkin` subs-SUBS, now. Anyone care to talk SUBS with me? Mmmmmm... Good deli meats and cheeses and spices and oil and vinegar and mayo and tons of shredded lettuce and thinly-shaved tomatoes and onions on just the right bread and OH MY GAWDDDD... (Can you tell I`ve been eating right and I`m just DYING to splurge??) Ohh, SUBS.. Ohhhh....
