I was driving into NYC about a month ago, and there were about seven or eight cars like this in a row going down 495 into the Lincoln Tunnel. All had angled wheels, and bodies shaved to within centimeters of the tires.

This is..weird. I don't get it, if its just to look at and grab attention it wins. To me though a car is amazing when you can drive it as hard n fast as you want and still looks amazing. This is like the Low Rider phenom..which again I don`t understand at all. To each their own.

Drift racing has used smaller tyre size to wheel size for many years. It makes it easier to break traction if the tyres are as tight as a teak drum. This guy has lowered his car too far + too much camber and the body rub popped the tyre's off.
